Stay connected, protected, and powered with the IMOU AOV Dual — a smart outdoor security camera designed for reliable 24/7 surveillance without the need for permanent wired power. Featuring dual 5MP lenses, Always-on Video (AOV) technology, AI-powered human and vehicle detection, 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity, and a 10,000mAh rechargeable battery, the AOV Dual provides comprehensive security coverage for homes, farms, businesses, compounds, garages, and remote locations.

Dual 5MP Cameras for Wider Security Coverage

The AOV Dual combines two 5MP cameras, giving you a total 10MP resolution for detailed surveillance. One fixed lens provides a broad overview of the area, while the PT (Pan-Tilt) lens can be adjusted to monitor specific areas in greater detail. With 8× digital zoom, you can get a closer look at important activity without needing to install multiple cameras.

Solar Powered with a 10,000mAh Rechargeable Battery

Designed for locations where running power cables may be difficult or impractical, the AOV Dual uses a 10,000mAh rechargeable battery and can be paired with an IMOU solar panel for extended operation. The solar-powered setup helps reduce the need for frequent manual charging while allowing the camera to operate in remote outdoor environments. The solar panel is included with applicable bundle versions or can be purchased separately.

Always-on Video for 24/7 Monitoring

IMOU’s Always-on Video (AOV) technology is designed to balance continuous surveillance with power and storage efficiency. During periods without detected activity, the camera captures periodic frames to conserve energy and storage. When an event is detected, it switches to full-frame recording, helping ensure important activity is captured while reducing unnecessary power consumption.

AI Human and Vehicle Detection

The camera uses intelligent detection technology to identify people and vehicles, helping distinguish relevant activity from other movement. This can reduce unnecessary notifications and make it easier to respond to important events. The AOV Dual also supports configurable detection regions, allowing you to focus monitoring on specific areas.

4G LTE and Wi-Fi Connectivity

With support for both 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and 4G LTE, the AOV Dual provides flexible connectivity for different installation environments. It is particularly useful for farms, construction sites, remote properties, and other locations where a reliable Wi-Fi connection may not be available. The camera can be managed through the IMOU app on Android and iOS devices.

Smart Full-Color Night Vision

The AOV Dual provides night vision with a range of up to 25 metres. Multiple night-vision modes allow you to choose between infrared, colour, and smart modes depending on your surveillance requirements. In smart mode, the camera can switch to full-colour night vision when a person is detected, providing clearer images in low-light conditions.

Active Deterrence and Two-Way Audio

When suspicious activity is detected, the camera can help deter intruders using its spotlight, red-and-blue warning lights, and built-in siren of up to 110dB. The built-in microphone and speaker also enable two-way audio, allowing you to communicate with visitors or respond to activity remotely through the IMOU app.

Flexible Storage

The AOV Dual supports microSD cards of up to 512GB, allowing footage to be stored locally without relying entirely on cloud storage. In AOV mode, storage capacity can last considerably longer when there are no triggered events; IMOU states that a 128GB card can store approximately 70–80 days of AOV footage under those conditions.

Built for Outdoor and Remote Applications

With wire-free installation and an operating temperature range of approximately -20°C to 50°C, the AOV Dual is designed for demanding outdoor environments. Its combination of solar charging, battery power, 4G connectivity, AI detection, and dual-lens coverage makes it suitable for locations where conventional wired CCTV installation may be difficult.
